Petting Zoos for Longevity?

We've talked extensively about the rise of Personalized Medicine in the past. For those pursuing a healthier and longer life, a customized health protocol is a must. The reality is that every person's body and personal health situation is different. There is no blanket treatment that will work perfectly for everyone. That's why personalized medicine has been, and will continue to be so effective. However, as more people search for answers outside of the traditional modern healthcare system, new treatments are becoming more popular. For example, would you ever think visiting a petting zoo would help your health? That's exactly what a nutritionist recommended for a gut issue - and it worked!Specifically, the recommendation included a "probiotic, sauerkraut, and exposure to animal microbes through daily visits to the petting zoo."Of course, many traditional doctors would push back on this recommendation. They might "argue that circumventing their offices can lead to questionable remedies, misdiagnosis or delayed medical care."Personally, I'm in favor of whatever works. And if I was ever in a situation where a "weird treatment" might work better than an expensive doctor prescribed pill... well, I'd definitely be open to the weird alternative...What about you? I'd love to hear about any of your strange personalized medicine practices that you've found helpful. If you haven't started a personalized medicine routine, check this out. It'll catch you up to speed with everything you need to know. Have a great weekend,CodyFounder, Spannr
