Reading, conversing with friends, or simply playing old fashioned games are great ways to keep your brain in shape. That's why it's disturbing to find that 20% of U.S. adults between ages 18 and 29 are smartphone-dependent. Meaning, they have lost (or never developed) the ability to live day to day without technology. Will this have an impact on lifespan in the future?
