And pickelball won't go away
September 12, 2024 | Issue #119

Hi... This is probably the easiest, cheapest longevity 'hack'...
In this week's newsletter:🤸 Touch Your Toes🏓 Pickelball FTW
Stretch Your Life (like, literally)
"Researchers found that people with higher flexibility ranges tended to live longer than those with lower flexibility ranges."They found that those who tested better on a flex index test ("Flexitest") had a better chance of living longer... and this was especially true for women. The research was conducted with more than 3,000 people, over a 13 year period. While the results are not necessarily surprising (better health/fitness = longer life), the research does highlight that fitness is not just about lifting weights or running. That's why many people are turning to longevity coaches to stay fit in all the right ways (not just big muscles, but actually fit for a long life!). Most longevity clinics have in-house coaches who can either provide ongoing sessions, or provide take-home routines to follow. Find one near you, today.
Have a great weekend, and stretch,CodyFounder, Spannr
