Hey there... Got any trips coming up?

In this week's newsletter:🌎 Travel for Life🦈 Sharks Hold Lifespan Secret?

Travel More for a Longer Life?

"Travel could be the best defense against aging." That's according to a new research paper published in Science Daily last month.

"For the first time, an interdisciplinary study has applied the theory of entropy to tourism, finding that travel could have positive health benefits, including slowing down the signs of ageing... positive travel experiences could enhance individuals' physical and mental wellness through exposure to novel environments, engagement in physical activities and social interaction, and the fostering of positive emotions. These potential benefits have been acknowledged through practices such as wellness tourism, health tourism, and yoga tourism."

Personally, I think this is great news! But, obviously there are far too many variables when it comes to traveling to definitely say 'travel makes you live longer.'That said, when it comes to destinations that focus on longevity, we have come up with many great options no matter where in the world you like to travel (check them out here). You can also discover HUNDREDS of longevity doctors and clinics around the world in our marketplace. Maybe you'll have a new excuse to travel?
