It's kind of a weird Thanksgiving tradition, but there's science behind this...A couple years ago, my wife and I decided to fast after Thanksgiving. It's probably the easiest time to start a fast - right after you eat entirely too much food!We decided that not only was it a good balance to the prior day's eating festivities, but it also made us feel great. Fasting may seem like a daunting task, but it's much easier than you probably think.That's especially true if you practice intermittent fasting (IF). There are numerous benefits to IF, which include:
