Good Evening
. Welcome back to another issue of Spannr.
Thanksgiving is next week, which means you won't be hearing from us until the week after, on December 1st. And because we're all here to live longer, be sure to not eat too much (caloric restriction!), don't drink any alcohol, wear blue light blockers if you're watching football or the parade... and don't forget to exercise the morning after. 🙂
Jokes aside – Happy Turkey Break.
Relax, embrace those around you, show your thanks, and enjoy the days off!
