New data suggests startling trend...
April 11, 2024 | Issue #97

Hello... Do you have any "boring" activities you pursue to combat aging?
In this week's newsletter:👶 New Research Suggests Startling Health Trend🌐 Sniff Your Way to Health?
Younger Generation Now Aging Faster
A new study just came out that revealed younger generations are aging faster... and this could also lead to an increased risk of cancer. This is scary news for those who are still in their early years. What's going on here? And what could be causing this? According to researchers, the causes are still up for debate, but the data is speaking for itself. Those born after 1965 are experiencing double-digit increased rates of lung, GI, and uterine cancer. Some may point to new things we're putting into our body that simply didn't exist many decades ago, but researchers haven't pinpointed the exact causes yet. What other new technologies could be harmful to us?

While the rates of increased aging in younger generations may not be fully understood yet, there are two things we know are modern enemies of longevity...Blue light and air pollution.Over the past several decades, humans have been increasingly exposed to blue light through computer screens and smart phones (you're looking at blue light right now!). Meanwhile, air pollution is the number one cause for decrease in global life expectancy. While there is no cause for alarm, it's worth noting that these risks to lifespan simply weren't an issue many years ago. (There are easy ways to combat both blue light and poor air quality.) As our lifestyles and technologies evolve, there are new risks to consider...Perhaps this is all a reminder to prioritize the simple things in life that promote longevity? Go for a walk, pick up a book, socialize with friends, or just get out into fresh air.In a complicated world, the simplest things are probably best for our health. Next week, we'll be sharing something very cool. Until then,CodyFounder, Spannr
